Opening hours

Opening hours of our front desk on weekdays are between 10am-18pm and on Saturday 10am-14pm upon prior request, guests are wellcome other times as well.

Reservation

In case of  more  treatments  we ask 30 % deposit either by bank transfer or in cash at our reception at least 48 hours before the booking. For further information regarding bank account details our reception is at your disposal.

Delay

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, please contact us in 12 hours before the reserved appointment. Otherwise we ask for  50% extra charge to the upcoming treatment.
